Pointe West Apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood on the west edge of Cedar Falls, just off Hudson Road. We have very close access to the University of Northern Iowa College Campus. So close that you can view the UNI Dome from the southern viewing apartments. They are situated behind the Pointe West Condominiums for privacy from the traffic on Hudson Road.

To the north and west of the apartments sits a lovely wooded park-like area with walking trails, picnic tables and benches to sit. The apartments are only one and a half blocks away from a local MET bus stop and the local bike trail system that can take you all over the Cedar Valley.

We have three buildings, with a total of 75 apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms per unit. Living rooms are open and airy, with walkout patios or balconies. Kitchens are equipped with stoves w/large ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers and microwaves, as well as, an island counter for additional dining space. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. Each unit is equipped with its own heating/air conditioning units.
